Mantra to Mahalakshmi, giver of wealth and prosperity. Chant on Friday evenings.
Invites wealth, abundance and prosperity, removes financial obstacles, and is chanted before starting a business or major purchase.
The bija (seed) sound 'Shreem' is Lakshmi's own vibration — used in this mantra to directly invoke her blessings of fortune.
